The app and its licence

Thockomat is a customizable iPhone and iPad keyboard and companion app. It offers keyboard themes, switch sounds, suggestions, autocorrection and compatible lighting effects. It is software, not a physical keyboard.

The app uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. App Store transactions are also subject to the Apple Media Services terms applicable to your country. This page provides product and consumer information; it does not replace the standard app licence or restrict mandatory consumer protections.

Compatibility and functionality

The current app targets iOS 17 or later and iPadOS 17 or later. Check the App Store listing for compatibility with your specific device and the version offered at purchase. Basic typing works offline and without Full Access. Shared settings and optional capabilities can depend on iOS permissions.

Haptics require compatible hardware; iPad feedback may differ from iPhone. Lighting controls vary by theme. Optional on-device proofreading requires supported hardware, software and Apple Intelligence settings. Apple’s keyboard is used in secure fields and apps that disallow third-party keyboards. Screenshots illustrate the app and do not promise identical output on every device.

Price, payment and delivery

Thockomat is preparing for an App Store release with a planned US price of $12.99 as a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Prices in other countries may differ. Apple shows your local total, including applicable taxes, before purchase. The App Store’s displayed price and availability at the time of purchase apply.

There is no checkout on this website. Apple handles payment and digital delivery through the App Store. We do not receive your payment-card details. Download timing depends on Apple’s availability and your connection.

Refunds and withdrawal

For an App Store refund request, use Apple’s Report a Problem service. You can also contact us for product issues; using Apple’s refund flow does not remove any statutory remedies you may have.

EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. For digital content, this right may be lost once supply begins only when the required express consent, acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right, and confirmation have been provided. The applicable checkout terms explain this. Simply visiting this website does not give that consent.

Read the EU’s guidance on withdrawal rights. Any withdrawal request should identify your purchase and clearly state your decision to withdraw.

If the app is faulty

EU law protects your right to digital content that conforms to the contract, including required updates. Where the legal conditions are met, remedies include bringing the content into conformity without charge and, in appropriate cases, a proportionate price reduction or termination and refund. These rights are separate from a voluntary refund policy and are not waived by the app licence.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Email support@abkarino-ventures.com, call +971 52 987 7632, or write to our registered address. State the issue and the remedy you seek. Written consumer complaints will be answered within 15 days as required by Estonian consumer rules.

If a complaint remains unresolved, consumers resident in Estonia may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee where it has jurisdiction. For a cross-border EU dispute, your European Consumer Centre can explain the available assistance. Your right to seek a remedy through the courts remains unaffected.
